meet the collective

Mariena Jones, LCSW

When life feels overwhelming, hard to navigate, or burdensome, therapy can offer a consistent and safe environment of support. I believe in integrating all aspects of the individual into the therapeutic experience to view challenges through a holistic approach. You are a full spectrum person, and by incorporating the body, spirit, and mind in therapy, we can work together to develop an improved quality of life and achieve your goals. As your therapist it is important to me to develop a collaborative and trusting relationship with you, serving as the foundation for growth. I believe in therapy as a support to feel confident and free.

My experience includes working with teens and adults in a trauma-informed, evidence-based practice setting. Through a psychodynamic lens, I have experience working with clients to treat depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, PTSD, OCD, sexual trauma, grief and loss, couples conflicts, and addiction.

Finding the right fit in a therapist can be a challenge. It is important to me that you feel comfortable & well-received in therapy. Through empathic listening & compassion, I hope to build a working relationship rooted in understanding & fostering an intentional connection to your highest self.

When life feels uncertain, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. As your therapist, I am here to support you through life’s emotional challenges with compassion, curiosity, and care. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible when we feel seen, heard, and supported in a safe and trusting environment. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic theory. This means we can explore both your present-day struggles, as well as deeper patterns and past experiences.

I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and I welcome a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I strive to provide culturally sensitive, inclusive care that honors the uniqueness of your story.

Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and intention, helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for something different, you don’t have to go through it alone.

Nicole Massoud, LLMSW

My journey into the field of therapy began with a deep appreciation for the transformative power of mental health care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of ages and presenting concerns, and I’ve developed a particular passion for supporting those navigating self-esteem challenges, interpersonal conflict, and mood disorders.

In our work together, my goal is to help you make meaningful connections between past experiences and present struggles, while identifying clear, actionable steps toward a more fulfilling life. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive lens, grounded in the belief that human connection is essential to healing.

I view our therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership—one where your story is honored, your resilience is recognized, and your growth is supported every step of the way. It’s a true privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.

Executive & Clinical Administrative Coordinator

I’m a therapist-in-training with a background in executive coordination, creative marketing, and community-rooted service. My work is grounded in psychodynamic principles and a belief that healing is both a personal and collective journey. Whether I’m supporting clients, building wellness-centered projects, or collaborating with like-minded clinicians, my goal is to create spaces that restore autonomy, integrity, and purpose. I’m currently completing my graduate studies in counseling while helping develop one of Michigan’s most innovative mental health collectives.
