  • Reach out to us via the contact form below, or click the link to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. We will work to match you with a Provider based on your preferences and needs.

  • Your first session is a time to get to know your Provider, talk about your goals, and begin to build a connection. You’ll have the space to share at your own pace, and your Provider will guide you through what to expect moving forward.

  • We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Blue Care Network (BCN), Aetna, Priority Health, and United Healthcare. If you have questions about coverage, feel free to reach out — we are happy to help verify your benefits.

  • We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment — or missed appointments — may be charged the full session fee.
